The Enmascarado, or 'Masked Hero', is a Silver Mezcal made using organic agave plants baked in an underground oven before the juice is double distilled in copper pot stills by master craftsman Don Guillermo Abad Hernandez. Flavours of apple wood smoke, lime juice and salt crystals giving way to a finish of smoke, salted caramel and lime zest.
